Feminist. Ethicist. Minister. Non-Profit Leader.

I am a strategic and visionary leader.

I am a parent, partner, friend, and human be(coming).

I believe another world is possible and I’m here to midwife freedom.

You can also follow my work on socials & sub stack at Rev. White and Blue.

Let’s get free together

Whatever the -isms (and there are a LOT of them), fundamentally they are systemic, historical, and real formational operations that kill, oppress, harm, and destroy all of us. So, I’m doing all I can to get myself free and help be a midwife of freedom alongside of others, believing that the flourishing life is and ought to be possible for everybody.

Holding Space.

I follow the work of Winnicott in that I think healing happens when we know we are safe and held. I approach leadership and all relationships with this aim to be a “holder of space” so that we can get more free together.

Truth Telling.

I promise, telling the truth about ourselves, our organizations, and our world is THE way to make the world a better place. So I try to tell the truth and break silences wherever I can.

Human Becoming.

We’re all in process as a people and a planet. We are all becoming. Might we choose to become more authentic, loving, and integrated people so that we might become human and honor the dignity of ourselves, our earth, and ALL humans.

“The leader partakes in a dance of seeking understanding of the world as it is in all of its beauty and complexity, integrating the call of love, shalom, freedom, and justice in the public sphere with love, transformation, and becoming more human in the personal sphere.”
